Crédit Mutuel new national sponsor
The French Athletics Federation and Crédit Mutuel have signed an exclusive partnership covering the Paris 2020 European Athletics Championships.
A major acotr of the bank industry in France and a long-standing partner of associations, Crédit Mutuel is committed for a period of 5 years to working alongside the French Athletics Federation (FFA), while becoming the second national partner of Paris 2020 after MAIF. This partnership will strengthen the development of athletics practice, particularly in the context of this European event.
A legacy for federal structures and athletes
This partnership is in line with the ambition to leave a legacy after Paris 2020. With its strong territorial roots, Crédit Mutuel will support regional leagues, departmental committees and athletics clubs in their actions to promote the discipline. In order to help them develop their operational structures, Crédit Mutuel, in collaboration with the FFA, will offer local entities a training programme on banking expertise topics. Crédit Mutuel will also work closely with the FFA to support athletes, in particular the new generation, and will join the support programme for young athletes to help them implement their dual sporting and professional projects.
